If you need assistance with Loopist, please reach out to us at hello@loopist.app. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from Loopist. To submit a data deletion request:

1. Send an email to hello@loopist.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include the email address associated with your Loopist account
3. We will permanently remove your data from our systems within 48 hours of receiving your request

Please note that once your data is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your quiz responses, chat history with Aria, journal entries, and account information will be permanently removed.

Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing issues with Loopist, try these steps before contacting support:

• Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
• Check that you have a stable internet connection
• Try closing and reopening the app
• Restart your device
