At Loopist, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for Loopist subscriptions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Loopist is operated by Bteabreak Marketing Private Limited.

2. Subscription Plans

Loopist offers the following subscription plans:

  • Weekly Plan: $6.99 per week, billed weekly.
  • Annual Plan: $29.99 per year ($2.50/month), billed annually.

All subscriptions provide full access to Loopist's premium features, including personalized learning programs, unlimited conversations with Aria AI coach, journal and mood tracking, daily streak tracking, SOS toolkit, and all premium content.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

3.1 Cancelling an App Store Subscription (iOS)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap Loopist.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

3.2 Cancelling a Google Play Subscription (Android)

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap Loopist.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

3.3 Cancelling a Web Subscription (Paddle)

If you subscribed through our website (processed by Paddle):

  • Use the subscription management link provided in your purchase confirmation or receipt email from Paddle.
  • Alternatively, email us at hello@soulsage.app with your account details, and we will assist you with cancellation.

Important: Deleting the Loopist app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above to cancel and prevent future charges.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription purchases.

By subscribing to Loopist, you acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to all purchases regardless of the payment method used, including:

  • Web purchases (Paddle): Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. All web subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • Apple App Store purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. Any refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple.
  • Google Play Store purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are subject to Google's refund policies. Any refund requests for Play Store purchases must be directed to Google.

We strongly encourage you to review the features and content of Loopist before purchasing a subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current or any prior billing periods.
